Our experience at the service of your business

Fralex is a young company, but with consolidated know-how drawn from over twenty years of combined experience among its founders, built through work with both small and large clients. Through targeted technical investment and the efficiency of our production lines, we rapidly expanded our facility from 500 m² to 2,200 m² indoor and 2,800 m² outdoor space.

We work with a broad range of polymers, with particular attention to recycled raw materials. Our continuous research into innovative materials lets us maintain a high level of competitiveness while reducing environmental impact.

We're equipped with advanced machine-side thermal control and drying systems, plus specialised extruders including the M60TPV, M75TPU and MD88 BAUSANO models.

360° Quality and Control

We guarantee every customer an effective post-molding and quality control service. We run rigorous tests using methods agreed with the customer:
Continuous control: we inspect 5 parts every 30 minutes to maintain high standards of dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and structural strength.

We can supply a complete finished product, including components in zinc alloy, with support from initial design through to final delivery — warehouse management for recurring orders included.
